General Shipping Info

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday via AnPost Mail.

Orders usually arrive within one to three days from the day they are shipped (for Ireland).

FREE SHIPPING applies if your shopping cart total exceeds €40 / £33 (Ireland and UK only).

For rest of world shipping cost is calculated by weight (specific courier rates).

International orders will be shipped by either DHL/FEDEX or international registered mail.

Orders will be dispatched the following working day. No orders dispatched at weekends, bank holidays or official holidays.

Orders posted through the national postal service will not be given a tracking reference and will not carry insurance. We will email you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

Registered Deliveries

If you would like to have your parcel sent by registered post a charge based on weight will apply.

Registered deliveries will receive a tracking number and be insured to the value of €320.

purplebox vapours uses the AnPost registered postal delivery for registered deliveries. You will be emailed a tracking number for your delivery once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery online.

All deliveries sent by Registered Post must be signed for. Please ensure somebody will be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your order.

You can pay by PayPal, all Debit / Credit Cards, Bank Transfer (please call for details) or Cash (pick up your order at our store at 9 Spranger’s Yard, Crow Street, Temple Bar Dublin 2).

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Returns and Warranty Information

purplebox vapours offers a warranty on faulty products.

Normal wear and tear does not constitute a fault.

For hygiene reasons no e-liquids, drip tips or disposable style e-cigarettes can be returned.

We use numerous suppliers to bring the best electronic cigarette and vaping devices to Ireland. To save you time and money please check the warranty length on your item before sending it back to us,

The Faulty Goods procedure must be followed in order to enact a warranty claim:

Pack the product securely and send the item to purplebox vapours by registered post. If you are shipping to us from outside Ireland please state on the customs declaration label, 'Return Item. Goods of Irish Origin'.

We will examine the item and determine whether there is a valid fault. We will inform you whether the item is to be returned to the manufacturer. If the item is deemed to be faulty we will ship a replacement as soon as possible, or offer goods to the equivalent value.

The warranty will be void if the returned goods have not been maintained correctly or kept clean and in good working order.

Please do not send returns without following the authorisation procedure. Without authorisation claims will not being processed.

As a guide all starter and advanced kits, mods, batteries and chargers have a one month warranty. All clearomisers, atomisers, coil head units and other mechanical accessories carry a 48 hour inspection warranty. E-liquids, tips, all cartridges have no warranty.

If you are an EU customer, by law you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of one or more items in your order within 7 working days, beginning with the day after you receive the item. The item has to be new and unopened. Please contact us in order to organize a return or for more information.
